I've lost all connectivity to cameras and footage. When I go into my folder it says it's an issue arlo are dealing with. Would be great to get a little more effort than that. Anyone else have this problem??

Are you talking about direct access to local storage, or cloud storage?
Your title says cloud, but the symptom sounds more like an issue accessing local storage.
