All of them or just one? Are they in areas that are heavily shaded? Have you tried reinserting one camera's battery to see what happens?

2 out of 7 cameras no longer show color. Have changed batteries , restarted and removed/added several times. Still no luck. Both cameras receive full sunlight. Seems only option is to replace cameras

Before you proceed with the support, which you can access if you have a subscription, ensure that your settings in the camera are enabled for colour. Additionally, ensure that there is enough daylight: sometimes cameras will switch over to nighttime mode if there isn't enough daylight. I can see that myself in my hallway, when on a dreich day, my camera activates a nighttime mode. Finally, disconnect cameras for 15 minutes as this can sometimes help, and if it doesn't, try resetting the cameras to their factory defaults.

How do I find if my cameras are set up for color in settings ? I know how to set up color night vision, but that doesn't help. I thought cameras were automatically set up for color. Have turned off and on, changed batteries, and rerstarted many times with no sucess. Thanks

Does the spotlight turn on when you walk in front of the camera at night?
