I bought Arlo pro 4 set of three cameras . They had been working great for a couple of weeks . They are all at different locations around the outside of my home . Four nights ago after motion was triggered on them , the led lights stay on all night and drain the batteries. They also disconnect from internet but the lights are still running . Last night turned off the night vision. It didn’t help ; the same thing still happened .
I have deleted the app and reloaded, deleted each camera and re added and did factory resets on all of them . During the day the cameras all work fine .
Im becoming frustrated as I need the cameras to be working at night .

@ShayneS it’s the same fault as in the below thread that we are all experiencing as pro 4 owners.
Any honesty about the issue a possibility? Clearly a botched update. At a minimum get them to release a new update renaming the previous stable release at a minimum or at least acknowledge the fault.

@chicane The issue was resolved with a Rollback to the previous firmware. Please reboot your camera or check for the firmware update for the Device(s) in the Arlo app.
Thanks
