I've lost the little roundish white plastic piece that the screw goes through before it goes into the wall anchor. It's a very odd shape and nothing that I believe I could find in a hardware store. Arlo says they cannot send or sell me the kit with these three little pieces, let alone the little white piece. I would need to purchase a new mount, which seems ridiculous. I can't figure out if this piece serves any purpose other then keeping you from screwing the screw too far into the anchor. Anybody know?

Agreed, the primary purpose appears to be to ensure you don't drive the screw all the way into the wall anchor, so that there is enough space for the mount to slip over the screw head with the correct amount of spacing to remain flush with the wall. The minor part isn't really needed, so I suppose the more important question is how excessive is a person's level of OCD to not care 😜
