"Friend" account not showing library recordings until 12 hours AFTER they happen, only in the mornin

Hi there, 

Hoping someone can help us find a resolution for the below. We've got 4 Arlo Pro cameras (VMC4030) connected to a base station (VMB4000). Our main admin account is working as expected and shows motion activities in the "Library" both logged in via chrome and the Apple App. 

 

We've given access (via the "add friend" option) to  staff member who has access to the cameras, however, when she logs in, either in chrome, or in the Apple Arlo App, in the morning, the library doesn't display up to date recordings until after 12noon. 

 

Troubleshooting steps we've taken already: 

Reinstalled app.

Checked timezones. 

Changed timezones, saved, then changed back. 

Deleted friend account and readded it. 

 

It comes across as a timezone issue, but only for the friend account, as it doesn't seem to be specific to using a web browser or the app, and is only for a 12 hour lag period as after 12 noon, the library and recording show in real time and shows the historical recordings from that morning.

 

We'd really appreciate any insight into how to resolve this.

And yes, we've ensured software etc. is up to date.
