I have an Arlo pro 4 camera and a solar panel

I have an Arlo pro 4 camera, but there is no way to hook up the panel to the camera.  The camera does not have a USB port, why could it not have that when I ordered them together?

What is the part number of the panel?

If should have been the VMA5600 - it has the magnetic connector that the Pro 4 uses.

That is for the first generation Essential cameras, so you somehow got the wrong panel.

Are you still able to exchange it with the seller?

The camera should have come with a charger and magnetic cable.  If you don't have that, you can purchase one.

There is also a stand-alone charging station you can use:
