I have a active account for 3 cameras , but they are not recording. I have 2 cameras working correct

I have a active subscription and my cameras are going off telling me motion. But when I go to look for the recording it's not there

I'd first check that all three cameras are listed in the subscription (via the subscription area of the app or my.arlo.com).
Then double-check the rule for you are using for each camera to make sure recording is selected there. https://kb.arlo.com/42/What-are-modes-and-rules-and-how-does-Arlo-use-them
If you have activity zones set up, try deleting them as a test, and then see you then get recordings.
