Arlo|Smart Home Security|Wireless HD Security Cameras

I have 3 of 7 cameras have stopped working and I can't get any support from Arlo through the website

I do not know how to begin to proceed.  I have Arlo cameras at two some (Total of 10). Three have now gone off line and I have tried everything to reconnect them.  I can't get any support through Arlo nor speak to anyone.  Before I scrap all the arlo cameras is there anyone I can speak with?  

 

Camera have been working in their locations for over a year.  Batteries are charged, cameras and Arlo tower have been rebooted multiple times.

Have you tried factory resetting the cameras and resyncing?
