I’m really unimpressed with Arlo customer service.... the lack of phone number for support is infuriating on a $500 system...
I cannot even login to the website to join up monthly, so once my trial ends, I have no way to use the system. 🙄
Says something like “ocapi 0 unknown error”
the picture quality is pretty good but it doesn’t pick up license plates like I’d hoped either... it’s sad because I was going to buy another box but I’m just not comfortable spending the money knowing I get no support.

Regards the video quality, have you tried using a pc browser to view the recordings? The mobile app can only display low visual screen quality. It also helps if the object is static as motion is a problem. If you have a subscription they say you get better quality of motion but no one here has mentioned any marked improvement using subscription.

Customer service is unsatisfactory; I have 3 Arlo wireless cameras and one does not go online from the initial purchase. I pay a monthly fee and 2 of 3 works. Also, purchased the long extension cables so I did not have to remove when needed to charge via USB. Camera still does not work.

Have you tried contacting arlo support regarding your issue, use the app settings page to access your support options.
If you have 2/3 cameras working then it’s possible the 1/3 camera is faulty. They may also be able to help with the extension cable issues.
If you just want advice from other users here then start a new thread requesting help with further details.
