I have several Arlo Pro 4 cameras that I have had since 2021. I did not take the monitoring option. I would like to change it to record continuously but I do not see options even when I login and even logged in I do not find an option for any type of support other than here. Chat does not seem to be available nor any type of phone or email support so I suppose this is it.
I also seem to have one camera that is no longer charging so I wondered if the rechargeable battery needed to be replaced.

Try logging into my.arlo.com on a PC, and follow these instructions:
Note that continuous video recording (CVR) is a different subscription from Arlo Secure. It requires that your Pro 4 cameras be connected through an Arlo hub, and also that they be connected to AC (not Solar)
