Support number doesn't ring. Live chat doesn't connect... Chatbot more than useless.. Can somebody please let me know how I can switch a single camera subscription (pro 4) plan to another newer arlo (pro 4Xl) as its trial subscription is about to run out and I don't want to pay subscription for 3 cameras if possible. Many thanks in advance.

I believe the XL reference is the battery size so no difference plan wise.
If you have a multi camera subscription you should be able to use a pc web browser to login to my.arlo.com and go settings/subscription/manage and drag the device into the subscription.
When you tried ringing arlo was the number from the settings/support/your camera page phone number?
