Error warning states AC power had been disconnected

Purchased Arlo Pro cameras 3 months ago. In the last couple of weeks one camera quit recording warning states AC power had been disconnected these are battery operated and when you go outside in the dark the motion light activates and we can see real time but no recordings.  Now a second new camera is also not recording and states the same thing.  What is happening????????
