How adjust the motion detection sensitivity?

Indoor wireless Pro 4 cameras , under new system (after upgrade) how do you adjust the motion detection sensitivity. Firmware updated.  Product VMC4041P. Serial # A9D71A73A5300. Activated 4-15-2024

There is a motion detection test that is helpful.  I suggest walking in the field of view (15-20 feet from the camera), and find the lowest threshold that detects you reliably.

 

If you see "Library" in the app menu, instructions for the test are here:

If instead you see "Feed", then use these instructions:

Once you find the threshold in the test, then set the threshold to slightly above that value.

 

With "Library" you need to set that threshold in camera rule in the mode(s) you are using.  With "Feed', you set it in the default mode section of the camera settings.
