- I’ve tried for days hours months to hook up my 2 other Arlo Pro 4 Wireless Security Camera and still nothing is adding,they said get different WiFi I did still nothing try a different app did that to and nothing, this is horribly frustrating. You have taken numerous peoples money and we all get nothing in return except a headache. Cameras won’t add the ones that do the spotlight won’t shut off , battery is dead in less than 2 days cause it’s draining from light be on all the time I shut it off and it comes rite back on what a joke thiers 18112 complaints about these cameras and still nothing is fixed on them. They are the worst I really wish I never spent 900 dollars on 6 of them . You should be ashamed!!

Are you cameras set up on 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz? Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app? Which camera do you have that is staying on? Would you mind providing the serial number? You can send me a private message with that information.

I have tried both ways just to see if it works and neither works.Yes I’ve tried uninstalling aswell. The serial number A9f10b7ha05b9 and a9f10b70a0279

Please try doing a full reset on the Arlo Pro 4 again. Following the steps within this link, make sure you hold the button until LED begins blinking blue. Then sign out of the account and sign back in, then try to set up the Pro 4.
