I have live chat for more than 2 hours about the synchronization of the Pro 4, it can’t be solved. So I requested to continue on another day. The first one agent can’t solve it and leave the chat. Then I requested another live chat, the agent requested me to wait 3-5 mins… I waited for over 20mins… it seems he quit the chat conversation. So ridiculous!
Finally., I requested a call chat… also it can’t help and transfer the line to another dept… very poor connection… nothing changed and she dropped the line.
anyone in Arlo can handle this issue ? I want to cancel the subscription and sell all my cameras.
