Having problems recognizing camera

Check to make sure your mobile device is connected to your 2.4ghz WiFi SSID. Also be sure you're entering your SSID and password for your network correctly.

 

If you're still experiencing an issue, try factory resetting the camera before attempting to onboard. Follow the steps here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-and-re-sync-my-Arlo-camera
