Geo fencing not working with new Arlo Pro 4 cameras

I updated to Arlo pro 4's and now my geo fencing is not working, where it has been great for some time, these are my settings any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

The potential flaw I see is in your last image which shows People Leave as the geofencing  action but you have Anyone Arrives selected as opposed to one of the People Leave selections.

thank you for your time to answer, I have set this Leaves, so that I leave and my wife is home we say in Standby, she leaves and I am still out Arlo reverts to Arm Away.  If either one of us comes home then Arlo reverts to Standby.

You need to create TWO geofencing automations - one for when you leave and another for arrival. So, in your current automation, change Anyone Arrives to an appropriate People Leave selection. Then create a new automation for Arrive and set that one for an appropriate People Arrive choice.
