One of my 3 arlo pro 4 cameras  does not want to connect to wifi when temperature is under 0C. This is my conclusion after several trials such as resetting, resync the camera, repositioning it etc. I do not have wifi problem since I have 314 mbps at this location. The only location it will work is inside house room temperature. Arlo specs called for -20C operating temperature. This camera is only 5 months after warranty has expired.

If you remove the battery and externally power the camera, will it work below 0degC?

This is not a wired model but battery operated wireless model.
i have removed and put back the battery; still did not solve the problem.

The Pro 4 can operate without a battery when connected to AC power. Have you tried that as @DannyBearAgain suggested? You can use the indoor charger and cable to do this initially if the weather cooperates (this charging setup isn't weatherproof).

The battery is what powers the camera and allows it to function wirelessly. You need the battery to operate it. You can use an external charger to power it continuously but the battery is not the problem.
The camera to connect and stay on wifi is.

Try it. WHile the camera is wireless, you can ALSO power it using the charging cable and charger. Lots of folks do this.

I know about that but my problem is not battery as mine is 96% charged. My problem is wifi connectivity; to connect and stay live and able to detect motions. Below 0C this particular camera has wifi issue now (no problem before)  though it has very strong wifi signal. The hardware  rather than software is the problem.

It's certainly possible to be a hardware issue. Removing the battery and using AC power is just one troubleshooting step to help decide if it's the camera or battery causing this to happen.

Similarly if you use a small etched foil heater to maintain the electronics inside the camera at 5C that’s should probably help to fix it.

An alternative for trouble shooting is to swap the battery with another camera to prove the camera as the problem.

It would be nice to have a internal heater but that just kills the battery quicker I would imagine.

My battery is fully charged and my wifi mesh systems perform great and have 396mbps at the camera location.
I just bypassed the base station and connected it directly to wifi after deleting the camera and added as new camera. Wifi connectivity worked fine for an hour until the camera gets colder now and it stops wifi connectivity. It is 4C ambient outside temperature.

Since it appears to just be that one camera, contact official support for a possible RMA.
