I bought 4 arlo pro 4 cameras. They have been active since Saturday. Since then, I have one camera that will not update the firmware so now I have to go dismount the camera and resync it. I have one camera that disconnects from the network constantly. 2 out of 4 cameras with issues after 5 days is not very comforting. I am concerned I wasted money on expensive cameras that are going to be full of problems. And the Arlo app is not user friendly.

For the camera that needs firmware updates, try removing that camera from your account and onboard it again. That should fix the issue.
For a camera that disconnects, that's usually a signal strength/quality issue. Try swapping cameras around to see if it's the camera or location. If it turns out to be the location, try mounting in a different one that provides the view you need.
