Why are you trying to charge me to review footage of my camera. My sister recommended your cameras and she doesn't have to pay.

Not me, I don't work for Arlo.

 

All currently sold Arlo cameras require a subscription for cloud storage.  Your sister likely has legacy cameras (pro, pro2) which were sold with 7 days of free cloud storage.  Arlo stopped offering that on new camera models back in 2018.
