Email Reset Error

I am unable to sign into my Arlo App.  I was updating the email address and did not notice that an "s" was on the end of gmail.com so that it read gmail.coms and now I cannot verify my new email address and also cannot go back to the old email address.  I cannot access my account or the Arlo App.  There is no access to support because the chatbot does not recognize my subscription. HELP!!!
