Yes.  Note that the Pro 4 has the same form factor and mounting holes as the Pro 3 and Ultra, and shares all the same accessories.  So even if the compatibility list for a mount doesn't include the Pro 4, if it includes the Pro 3 or Ultra, it can be used.

Also, the mounting thread is standard, so there are plenty of third-party mounts that can also be used.

@JamesC - you might also want to let the website folks know that the compability list is incomplete for https://www.arlo.com/en-us/accessories/VMA4000-10000S.html and https://www.arlo.com/en-us/accessories/VMA1000-10000S.html

Also, if you filter the accessories by camera model, there are quite a few compatible mounts that don't show up on the accessory list for various cameras.  That includes the VMA4000 mount (which only shows up for the original Arlo camera).
