Can you subscribe to another subscription service with Arlo cameras? Since it is impossible to contact customer service. Thanks. Sincerely, Elisa

This is a user-to-user forum and also a holiday weekend in the US. So not surprising it takes some hours to get a response.

In the app (not the browser) there is a support entry at the bottom of settings (in the "system" area). Select that, and then select a camera with a subscription. That will open a new page.
Then scroll down to "contact" and you will see your options. One should be phone.
If you don't have a subscription, then please post the details of your problem here, and perhaps we can help.

We previously had a subscription. My husband passed away. I don't know if I want to pay for a subscription if no customer service exists. He was the 'techy'. I need a learning curve. This has been more than frustrating. Any suggestion(s)? Thank you so much for responding.

I'm sorry to hear that.
Can you log into his Arlo account? His account would let you know the subscription status (and also show what credit card is used for the monthly payments if he had a subscription).
You'd need to know the password for his account. It'd be a bit simpler from his phone (no need for two-factor authentication).
I'm tagging the two Arlo mods for this forum, in case they can assist: @JamesC and @ShayneS.
