Our new home has a 5Ghz router so I'm unable to connect our Pro 4 devices directly to wifi. If I add a SmartHub or base station to the system will I be able to use the Pro 4's. Support suggested I call my internet provider to change our internet to 2.4Ghz. Thanks!

Almost all 5 ghz routers are using both 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz radios, so you should be fine.
If you want confirmation, please provide the manufacturer/model of the router.

The 5 Ghz is just the wifi, not the internet. In any case, it's almost certainly not needed.
