I’ve just bought a set of 3 Arlo pro 4 cameras without a base station on Amazon to expand the Arlo pro 3 system that I have.
The product is stuck at the custom by the Israeli communication office demanding for documents. After negotiations we are left with one gap which is the 3rd line in the radio spectrum - EN 300 220-2 V3.1.1 in the EU declaration of conformity. They are asking what is the frequency of this one and a document confirming that.
Arlo support and the seller don’t know what I’m taking about.
Anyone who can help here?
Thanks!!!

It uses 2.4 gHz wifi; the radio isn't in the 25-100 Mhz band that EN 300 220-2 V3.1.1 is focussed on.
You could try using the datasheet - highlighting the reference to 2.4 gHz. https://www.arlo.com/en-us/images/documents/arlopro4/Arlo_Pro4_Data_Sheet_US.pdf

HI @Tamir55
I have the exact same problem with the Israeli custom.
The custom is not excepting the documents people posted here -
https://www.arlo.com/en-us/images/documents/arlopro4/Arlo_Pro4_Data_Sheet_US.pdf
and
https://www.etsi.org/deliver/etsi_en/300200_300299/30022001/03.01.01_60/en_30022001v030101p.pdf
They are asking for a document with the manufacturer's name (Arlo) and a mention of the 3002200 frequency
Have you found a solution?
My cameras are stuck there for 2 months now...

Weird, since the camera simply doesn't use that spectrum.
It sounds like you need a custom document from Arlo. @JamesC: is this something that you can help with.
