Charging Issue

I have four cameras and it took 6 visits from Best Buy to install them properly due to equipment issues!!! Now having only had them for 3 months one of them is having issues charging. How do you know if this is due to a battery issue or the solar charger? I've heard these Arlo cameras have inherent battery issues.

Try swapping the battery with one in a different camera.

I need to go by a new battery and charger to see if that will resolve it. I was hoping their was a cord to charge the battery but it looks like Arlo is like a lot of other companies, they just want to keep you buying products so I need to spend another $100 or more to get these products. Just chalking up another reason why I don't care for this company / products. I definetely should have gone with another company, NOT happy.
