Cannot connect Arlo Base Station to Homekit

I recently purchased a refurbished Arlo Smart Hub (VMB4540r3) was able to connect it to the Arlo secure app but I can't get it to connect to Apple HomeKit. Once I click on Homekit, it gets stuck on "Discovering your Device". Please help!

Once your basestation is online I can reset the token for you to set up the Homekit. Please reach out as soon you have it online.

Hi.  I have the same problem, but my hub is online (as far as I can tell), and I can see it on the iPhone app.  (My post here from last night does not seem to have been answered.)

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?
