Can't enroll in CRV

I have the Arlo Pro 4 + power adapter + Smarthub. When I try to enroll in CRV, the page is blank and will not provide any options to enroll. Am I doing something wrong?

OOOH I think you may just solved my dilemma. I don't have the camera connected through the hub yet. I was trying to enroll first. I will do this and retry. Thank you!

Are you in a country where Arlo offers a subscription?

No, I live in the USA.

So CVR should be available.  Note the camera does need to be connected through the hub, and it also needs to be on AC power (sounds like you are already set up for both).

 

Are you using my.arlo.com on a PC to get the subscription?
