Hello,
As a last report ive come to the forums to whinge. This product is garbage. Its impossible to connect the cameras to a network. Nothing works. Im connected to 2.4Ghz network. Taken all the steps to add the cameras. Ive read all the trouble shooting and still cant connect them. Every time I have had to re charge them, I have to uninstall and reinstall the firmware and then impossible to connect them back to the network. Very unsatisfied.

That's not possible, so you definitely aren't doing that.
- Is the wifi network set to WPA2 (AES) security?
- Also, if the network name or password has "special" characters (punctuation, spaces, accented characters), then try removing them.
If you are using the phone app, try a pc (my.arlo.com) instead. That sometimes works when the app fails.
