They don't publish one, and googling will lead you to a scam support site.
You need a subscription for phone support - if you have one, then go into the support area of the app, and select a camera in the subscription plan. Scroll down to the contact area, and there will be an option for phone support. It is available between 6 am and 6 pm US pacific time.

I agree, no good phone number, horrible customer service! Users are supposed to rely solely on automated customer service on the app which is HORRIBLE! I googled numbers and found a few, almost got scammed by some random guy in Florida who didn't answer when I called but called me back later asking me for VERY PERSONAL information. ARLO should be ashamed of their lack of customer service but instead laugh all the way to the bank $$$$!! Potential customers beware! Do not get ARLO cameras! I will never be an ARLO customer again!
