Can not sync Pro 4 with app

Hi Arlo People -

I just bought a Pro 4 camera and have been having issues trying to "add" it to my App.

 

Phone is connected my Wifi.(ATT Homebase Unit)  - No PW needed as we are in a rural area.

I get the Bluetooth Flashing LED and the "chime" from the scan.

The blue light flashes for 11 times, they an amber light appears and then stops.

Few minutes later It says "camera can not be found'

 

I really want this to work and don't want to return. Hope someone out there can determine another option.

It might require a passphrase for the wifi.

 

But maybe first try adding it from a PC browser (my.arlo.com).

🙌That was it..... I added an PW to my Wifi Network and the Camera Sync'd up.
