arlo videos not loading

For the last few months I have had problem loading my arlo videos. What's going on? These subscriptions are expensive, and I have invested a small fortune in their hardware, now anytime I try to download videos or view cameras live, I just get the white spinning circle. So frustrating! I re downloaded the app, I rebooted my phone multiple times. Its the same even with a new phone last week! I get the alerts but then can't access the videos that they are associated with...until wait, now suddenly I can for a few minutes, and then aww shucks I can't for hours on end.
Look, it's not my internet connection. I have tried to access on public wifi, friends wifi networks, 5glte, home wifi, you name it same issue. It seems like whatever entity holds onto the data is not releasing it to the consumer.
What's the deal arlo?
