We are using Pro4 wirelsss cameras outside. We want to add some inside. Can the spotlight be disabled? Is there another wireless that can be used that does not have a spotlight?

Yes, the spotlight can be disabled. Check your existing cameras' settings in Night Vision and note that you can enable or disable both the spotlight (color) and the night vision IR LEDs (black & white).
There's also the Essential indoor camera that is less conspicuous (smaller), is always plugged in and has no spotlight.
