I have successfully added three cameras and they all 3 read the QR code but now the last two will not. I have cleaned the lens and all of the suggestions. What is wrong?

Have you tried resetting the cameras by holding the sync button for >15 seconds until the LED flashes amber?

Yes. We did and that worked. We got on the phone with support and he walked us through it. All good now
