pro 4. record settings will not stay on fixed timed

1st problem:Cameras randomly disconnect then come back up the next day or so for no apparent reason. 2nd problem: when I set the record time to a fixed time it will not stay on fixed it just goes back to the default setting....
These problem are ongoing with NO HELP what so ever from Arlo .

What have you tried? Going offline may be due to signal strength/quality. Try moving the camera closer to the hub or router to see what happens. It might be worthwhile resetting the camera and starting fresh.
