I have 2 cameras that stopped working again, it would be great if you could get personal support by phone. I can't find any solution to the many AI support on the web. I'm frustrated at not getting proper help for something as simple as getting 2 cameras working again, have tried restarting, removing the battery, and the sync button without success. I am constantly told on the app that there is no contact with the camera even though they are fully charged and hang in the same place as always.

You can if you have a subscription for the cameras.
