Why does my additional camera keep getting removed from my Arlo account

Does anyone else have your login credentials that could be removing it? Have you tried both the app as well as the web client on a computer browser (my.arlo.com) to see if the camera is still there?

Thanks, yes tried all of that. I’m the only one with account access. I think it’s Arlo removing it I have 2 other cameras one supported by a Verisure contract and they are ok. It’s the new one I bought from Amazon that seems to be getting removed. I’m struggling to contact Arlo in the UK as they have disconnected their phone line

Your post makes me think it's a Verisure issue, perhaps because you're adding a camera that wasn't bought from them. I have no real idea but that seems to be plausible.
