Camera has gone black and white

Camera has full color but once I mount it, it goes all gray. Bring it back down full color. This isn't a new camera or location. Tried restarting.

It could be a threshold thing where the camera has to decide if there's enough ambient light to use color. Lower light uses B&W. If you move or reposition the camera does it revert to color?

mine are black and white, if i turn on the light for the camera and turn it all the way down the feed goes into color.

@akapepe have you tried a reset of the camera?
