I have a couple Arlo Pro 4 cameras that I can’t turn the sound on when I view the live feed. It shows the sound as muted and won’t let me turn it on. All cameras show an excellent WiFi connection.  They were working perfectly up until today. Recordings have sound that plays but now the live feed. Any one else have this happen and know how to resolve it?

Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? Can you try a different phone?
