Camera battery for arlo pro 4 xl only last for a month

Hello All,

Two of my three camera  battery will not last for a month. i have to recharge the battery. Is this how it is supposed to work. i'm thinking of returning them, but dont have the box which came with it. I brought this from costco.

Please help me.

You could start by swapping cameras around with the one that works well and monitor battery usage. That could point to either the location being the issue or that the affected cameras are recording and/or being used for live view too much. The general rule of thumb for battery life is <5 minutes per day of recording and live viewing.
