I paid for a subscription and was charged twice and still being told i have no plan. strange my camera is working and is saying motion is detected then on go on camera and its saying i have no plan cannot see any videos.

Are you seeing the subscription show up in the "plans" area of the app?

No my bank account shows it I think it's two accounts and some how it moved to another account I hear the camera say motion detected I go on my dashboard and it says no plan no video

Any idea on what email address might be used for the other account?
