CVR trial period

I bought an Arlo Pro 4 security camera) from a local department store (Gigantti Finland). It was slightly cheaper than usual because it was a product returned by the customer. Now, however, can’t activate the three-month CVR trial period. I assume that the reason is the buyer who returned the product has activated the account for himself before returning.
Is there anything I or Arlo can do about it, e.g. resetting an unused (for me unknown) account, or is returning the device the only option if I don't want to pay the extra price of 3 * 12,99 €?
I of course have the bill and receipt dated 8/10 and serial numbers for the cameras.

There is no trial for CVR. The trial gives you Arlo Secure.

Likely true. I don't think Arlo can reset the trial, but am tagging the mods ( @JamesC and @ShayneS ) to call their attention to your situation.
