Hi everyone
i have moved properties and trying to reinstall my arlo hub onto my wifi network - I have tried all the things and nothing seems to be working as it can’t be found when looking for a device on the app.
I have removed, reset and tried most things. I have fibre internet and tried to plug directly into the fibre connector and also tried to connect through my wifi modem. Heeeelp it was flashing blue and amber for abit at one point but now just amber. Thanks

All you needed to do is connect the base to an ethernet port in your new router.
Did you remove the base from your account when you did the factory reset?

I think so -
Sorry I’m not very good with this stuff, I plugged into a Ethernet port in my modem, I have a fibre modem thing that my modem connects into also - should I plug it directly into that?

No.

If you have fiber to the home, then the "modem" is actually a router. Can you let us know the manufacturer/model?
- Are you seeing an LED status light on the ethernet port on the modem when you plug in the base?
- Have you tried a different ethernet port (usually there are 3-4 LAN ports you can use)?
