Bought 2 Pro 4s yesterday, tech support rebooted them and told me I lost 90 day plan

I purchased 2 Pro 4 cameras yesterday.  Got them up and running, but then switched wifi and they wouldn't work.  After 5 hours of trying to trouble shoot I called tech support.  They rebooted them for me, and then told me I've lost my 90 day free subscription.  I argued that point, then they hung up on me.  Now they are past hours, and the Arlo chat says I no longer have my 90 day subscription, so I don't get to talk to a person.  This seems incredibly shady...

 

Anyone else have similar terrible customer support?
