I've just been charged $215.88 via PayPal for an auto-renewal I never authorized or agreed to. When I first signed up, the subscription was $119.88, then increased to $149.99 — which I accepted last year. But this new charge, nearly double the original amount, came without any notice or consent. That is unacceptable.
I tried emailing Treasury_Subscription@arlo.com, which was listed in the PayPal charge, but the email bounced back as undeliverable. There's no working phone number, no functioning chat, and I can't even get a verification code to access support via the app.
This is not how you treat customers. If I don’t hear from someone in billing within 24 hours, I will be requesting a full refund through PayPal and canceling my Arlo service for good. At the very least, I expect to be refunded the difference and charged no more than last year’s rate of $149.99.
Arlo, this is your chance to make it right. Please respond.

I also received a charge from Treasury_Subscription@arlo.com
for $215.88. What is this charge for? I don't not recall ever making a recurrent charge for Treasury_Subscription@arlo.com. I have paid that money through PayPal by credit card. I would now like a refund for the entire amount.
