Battling to reinstall backdoor camera

I have an account for 2 devices. The backdoor camera recently went offline and we cannot get it re-installed in the app. We’ve deleted and tried to add again without success. 
I’ve followed the step by step instructions to factory reset, also without success. 
Where can I get support?
