My VMB4000r3 base station appears to be "offline" (and all devices appear to be offline too), BUT it still records video, sends motion alerts, allows me to view videos after recording. I just can't see any devices live. Been a problem for the last week.
Cameras are Pro and Pro 4. iOS app is up to date. I've restarted base station, but still doesn't connect. Arlo support was supposed to call me in 3 minutes, but it's been an hour.
Two pix showing offline devices but working recording (proving they're online) at https://imgur.com/a/VNU7KED
Any suggestions?

Still happening. (And still no call back from support. 3 minutes turned into 5 days now…)

Never heard back from customer support, but I solved it by removing all devices from the app, and adding them as new devices.
