While I have been able to create an account and set up multiple cameras on IOS desktop and IOS mobile (via safari or chrome browser) the friend I have invited to share the cameras with can only view the cameras on a desktop. When she logs into her my.arlo.com account on her IOS mobile device, she is taken to a subscription page that assumes the units were purchased at retail location vs third party (i.e. Amazon) . It then prompts her to supply a code.

RiverCity,
Instead of using the web client on the mobile device, she should download the Arlo Mobile app from the app store and use the same credentials that worked on the desktop with the mobile app. After signing in, she should be able to see any cameras that were shared with that account.

RiverCity,
Is she logging in to the mobile app using the same login credentials? If she sees the shared devices when using the web client, she will see the same shared devices when logging in to the Arlo mobile app using those same login credentials.

The answer to your question is yes. She logs into the web client with the identical login credentials as she does when logging in through the mobile app. While she does have full view of shared cameras via the web client (my.arlo.com), she is only able to log in on her mobile device (IOS) through the web client, but always is presented with a screen offering to subscribe to (not trial) a service. This offer presumes the devices were purchased from Arlo directly and asks for a code in order to proceed. (I purchased the cameras through Amazon. When she attempts to select any other tab....such as 'mode', 'library', or 'devices' etc., she is presented with bank views (e.g.no cameras.)
During initial setup I did send her an email inviting her to share the views and she created an account with her email address (email address #1 ). Well, after repeated attempts she was unable to see the shared cameras, and I was never able to receive an accepted status update on my account. So, I sent her a second invite, and she created a second account (email #2).
It is with the account she created using email #2 that she is able to see the shared cameras when logging into through the web client on a desktop. When she attempts to log into the web client from her mobile device, the first screen that appears is that which offers the subscription.
