Hi, purchased 6 of these arlo pro 4 devices and they all worked fine for two weeks, they are now all offline and nothing I have done so far has fixed these things. Tried resetting, had a spare one, this one doesn’t even get recognised. Is there an easy way to get a refund as they have been down for a full day and support have yet to come back to me
