Arlo pro 4-too cold at 29 degrees

Very upset when one of the cameras is now reading low temperature and not working. It’s 29 degrees out!!! I spent a ton on these cameras for them to work. It’s not letting me post the picture. Two of the three work fine.

You can post .png and .jpg - but for some reason .jpeg won't work. You can rename a .jpeg file extension to .jpg, and then post it.

The camera won't charge below 32F, but it will run down to -4F
Try taking it indoors (so it will connect normally), then see if it does have reasonable battery charge. If it does, then the camera hardware is likely defective. You can contact Arlo support using the support options in the app (DON'T try to google support, you will almost certainly end up at a support scam site if you do).
